Working for a UK market leading consumer brand you will have full brand responsibility to maximise long-term brand equity & profitability by driving further growth, developing new products & gaining deeper understanding of target consumer.
With your wealth of experience and strong passion for product from day one you will guide the brand's strategic choices and vision, product and commercial innovations, while collaborating with multi-
functional teams and agency partners ensuring the brand message is consistent across all touchpoints.
Knowing your industry will give you strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights of needs / wants / values for consumers to have stronger, more impactful connections with the brand.
Your flawless communication will be vital in working closely with internal teams - NPD, Sales - to develop & implement the 3 Year Innovation Pipeline, consistently analysing, reviewing & acting upon changing consumer preferences, competitor & local market activity, alongside regular sales performance analysis.
