As a Customer Service Specialist, you are required to provide excellent service and support within a telephony role. You will act as a main point of contact for Barclays Business and provide banking solutions by building trust, confidence and offering reliable support to Barclays Business customers.
You will maintain a customer contact history, recording and updating relevant and accurate details. You will be delivering a world-
class customer service by executing, owning and resolving customer’s queries within agreed Service Level Agreements. What will you be doing?
Where will you be working?Comprised of a handful of buildings within the business estate, the Barclays Gadbrook site is a 10-
minute drive from the local train station and sits on the A556 on the outskirts of Northwich offering quick and easy transport connections whilst avoiding the City Centre’s traffic.
Fitted with a popular canteen with regular specials and a cafe within walking distance, this site houses Barclays Business Banking's specialists who help the UK's businesses to develop and grow.
