An opportunity has arisen for new team to be created to really add value and enhance the customer journey and experience.
The role will be to manage day to day customer service activities and support future growth by delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who has a real passion for delivering high levels of customer service and can offer innovative solutions.
The role will entail managing end to end customer queries and managing complaints :
Applicants must have strong customer service experience within an office based environment and have previous experience of managing complaints at a high level.
You will have a passion and understanding for the customer journey and the value of delivering high levels of service.
This role will be office based working between 8am and 8pm over 7 days (rotational shifts). Free Parking is available on-site.
