The Office Support Division of the SF Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join one of their reputable clients based in Derby.

The client have continued success within the industry and so are looking for passionate and motivated candidates to join the business!

The role will sit within the Contact Centre team and will include the following responsibilities :

  • Inbound call handling
  • Capacity to make outbound customer service calls
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with customers
  • Handle and issues / complaints they may arise
  • Process any incoming orders on to the systems
  • Keep customers up to date throughout the order process
  • Complete all admin-related tasks for the end to end sales process
  • This role requires someone with excellent telephone manner and communication skills along with strong administration skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes.

    You must have a flexible approach to working hours with ability to work different shift patterns over 7 days. The successful candidate must be reliable and have a passion for customer service.
