Education Coordinator (UK) Maternity Cover The Role :
Coordinate the effective planning, delivery, and impact measurement of educational activity and content across all markets and retailers, supporting the Education Manager / Pro Artistry Manager for UK.
Role Accountabilities : Support the Creation and Deployment of Educational Content
Taking direction from the Education Manager and leveraging the assets available from the Global Training team, ensure the training materials, environment & kit are kept at an exceptional standard.
Plan and co-ordinate the arrival of training material needed for all NPD / Curriculum launches in time for regional training sessions, including building in time for translations where required.
Manage the training content required for all field communication including launch guidelines, Magic News (newsletter) and Magic Office Store Visits.
Lead the planning of regional classroom training, including Area Trainer train the trainer sessions, any regional conferences.
Event planning to include venue hire, all catering, product and hygiene requirements, travel and accommodation, gifting, and content coordination.
Support the Pro Artist in the planning and execution of all artistry courses.
Attend and lead the organisation of key classroom training on site.
Organise and support the Retail Sales and Education Managers in the delivery of field team meetings, including creation of any tools or documentation required.
Manage and Monitor the Scheduling and Effectiveness of Training Activity
Working closely with Retail, Commercial, Marketing and Retail Operations, create and manage an education calendar covering all training activity in the region including : Charlotte’s Magic Academy induction programme, all NPD launch and development training (ie Business Manager Academy)
Ensure all Area Trainers confirm planned training and store visit dates to monitor delivery across the region
Taking direction from the Education Manager, support the development of a communication forum / tool to manage objective and follow-
up agreed during field visits between Area Managers and Area Trainers, to ensure clear, documented and measurable outcomes of training visits
Using the Training & Development Tracker manage and track a clear guide of current training completion across full UK field.
Oversee the forecasting and actualisation of all travel and expenses costs from the training team, managing and escalating risks and opportunities in the cost centre, working closely with the Finance planner for the region

Key Selection Criteria :
Must be open to travel in UK
Previous experience in a similar operational role or training function
Experience on the shop floor or in a in store based role
Effective communicator, both written and verbal
Structured and organised
Personable and approachable; able to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities as needed
IT Skills- Powerpoint at basic level; Excel at intermediate level
Independent, pro-active and self-starter approach
Excellent English written and verbal skills
