    Job Title : SalesTraining Manager

    Reports to : VPGlobal Sales

    Job Purpose : The Sales Traineris a global role and will report to the Sales Operations Manager you will bethe subject matter expert in all Sales processes and systems.

    You will conductneeds analysis, design and facilitate training based on observations of needwithin the sales organisation.

    You will design training objectives, content andassessments through a blended approach including; eLearning, video, face toface, webinars etc.

    Responsibilities :

    Design,develop, facilitate and iterate New Hire Onboarding for Sales

    You’reahead of the curve before products and systems launch you’ve already developedtraining tools and content.

    Facilitatetraining and ensure it is compliant, effective, memorable, and relevant

    Ensureall training materials are relevant, following sales system updates and changes

    Observeand coach employee customer meetings and calls while providing the correctobservational feedback

    Usedata to identify performance gaps and create solutions

    You’rean experienced project manager and familiar with project managementmethodologies end-to-end

    Collaboratewith subject matter experts to scope training and design project plan towardsprogram development

    Communicatecross-functionally and track project objectives

    Education, Training & Qualifications

  • B.Sc. Biology or related fields
  • experience in proteins, immunology and Immunohistochemistry would be desirable.
  • Experience work, research, voluntary, other

  • More than three years of experience in solution science-based selling in the Life Science market in Pharma and Biotech
  • 3-5 years training experience in a sales environment,
  • Knowledge of eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia and LMS such as Saba
  • Qualification in a profiling tool like DISC or Insights
  • A good understanding of drug discovery and / or diagnostic workflows and the technologies employed.
  • Specific skills & abilities

  • Demonstrable ability to devise creative methods for the transfer of technical information. Your training is relevant and sticks.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Experience in selling solutions and services

  • Travel both domestic and international is required of up to 35%
  • This will include face to face meetings with staff, attendance at sales meetings
