Protocol Education are providing the opportunity for a dedicated and skilled learning support assistant to work in a special needs' secondary co-educational school for students aged 11-19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism or Asperger's Syndrome.

This school aims to help pupils realise their potential by utilising different teaching techniques and learning different motivators to meet individual needs.
As a support assistant your responsibility will also be to create a stimulating safe, fun and healthy environment where pupils feel happy and appreciated.
An extended part of your role will be to accept the responsibility for socially disadvantaged' pupils and are committed to meeting their social, and academic needs within a caring special school environment.
