Job Description Castle Hospitality division are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Coordinator for a local unique hospitality client based in and around Scarborough, North Yorkshire area.

The successful Cleaning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our cleaners daily, leading the team and being hands on.

You will be an excellent motivator and leader, with a focus on guest satisfaction and have Cleaning Coordinator experience working in a Hotel or Holiday Park environment.

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following duties : . Training new members of the cleaning team.

Ensuring staff feel welcomed and receive the best training possible in all areas. Lead staff Health & Safety. Coordinator staff on their location of work across 3 key locations.

The ideal candidate will : . Have experience of delivering first class cleaning. Experience of leading and / or training a cleaning team.

Have a valid full UK driving licence with their own transport. Ensure guests receive consistent, excellent service. Help to train staff to produce the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Previously followed processes and procedure. Could work with their own initiative. Excellent time-management skills to ensure guests, accommodation is pristine for their arrival.

Being hands on helping in all areas. Exceptional Attention to detail. A great communicator - excellent at developing relationships with the team and others involved.

A calm nature to support the team through busy periods / events and being able to keep a team happy and motivated. Hours : Full time hours in busy season.

Pay : £7.83 along with mileage expenses, will increase once probation period is complete along with mileage expenses. Castle Employment Group is an award-
