We are looking for an AVP Sales for Northern Europe to join our hypergrowth sales organisation. Reporting to the GM and SVP of EMEA, you will establish the go to market strategy, business plan and cohesive sales strategy to meet annual business segment goals.

You will establish and lead a team of experienced managers and Account Executives in growing a productive and sustainable business in this pivotal territory.

The impact you will have :

  • Build and implement strategic revenue plans which exceed sales targets
  • Hire and manage a growing team of managers and sales executives, coach them through joint selling and industry-leading methods
  • Implement cadence with regular pipeline reviews, producing weekly forecasts based on pipeline trends and deal assessments
  • Create trust-based strategic relationships with customers for the long term
  • Instil best practices and execution ensuring the field run our play and communicate our value proposition
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Develop an environment of success to further nurture a 'one team' collaborative culture
  • What we look for :

  • Referenceable high-growth enterprise software sales success with senior level tenure at a reputable, high-growth software company
  • Understanding of how to attain and overachieve quota through ownership and cross leadership partnering
  • Experience in leadership roles, managing new sales organisations and building a team of successful big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales professionals
  • Influence and empower large teams to succeed collaboratively
  • Enhance the engagement with experience driving large transactions and high-growth customers
  • Familiarity with application of sales methodologies ie MEDDICC, CoM, Challenger
  • Must be knowledgeable in and passionate about big data, analytics and cloud technologies
