Purpose of Role :
Responsible for ensuring that Keyloop customers have software configured in a timely and professional manner in accordance with planned timelines.
To organise, install and configure software rollouts as required.
To install and configure additional software as and when purchased by customers.
To provide support for consultants on configuration issues.
To keep Team Leader informed of any blockers and provide status on completed work
Key Responsibilities :
Software installation and setup onto customers systems.
Keeping customers informed when installing software on their systems.
Assisting consultants on customer’s sites with configuration issues.
Ensure work is completed for each quoted requirement in the timescales required.
Carry out such other duties reasonably falling within the scope of the position as may be required by the company.
Above all to provide professional, courteous and personal service to our customers.
Update internal systems as required to provide audit on progress of work
Essentials Skills and Qualifications :
The ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
You must be able to prioritise work effectively.
You must be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
You should be able to continually assess and react to the needs of the department and customers.
Overtime will be necessary from time to time, and will be compensated accordingly.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Applicants should have good communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
Ideally applicants should have knowledge of the Autoline system although not essential
Although not a pre-requisite a basic understanding of Unix / Linux operating system would be useful along with an understanding of the common Microsoft applications.
Languages such as Italian and German (not essential)
