Key responsibilities will include :

Lead the change and adoption of large-scale enterprise-wide Data transformation initiatives (e.g., Technology rollouts such as Tableau / Data training programs) ensuring faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency of the changes that impact employees

Work closely with key stakeholders to drive the change (e.g. business functions, sponsors, end user community, Data Business Partners, IT, L&D, Communications, Data Office / InDigital Team, Data Champions Network)

Carry out change impact assessments, change readiness activities to support the change and minimise business / end user impacts

Create and deliver change management strategies and plans, internal / external communications and end user training to maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance

To help support and enable the organisation to become data driven

WHAT YOU-LL NEED

As a Data Adoption and Enablement Lead, you will need to have experience with stakeholder engagement and working within change management.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering change within a business and have a growth mindset. To hold a relevant degree or have strong experience within a similar role.

ESSENTIAL

Change Management Experience and Qualifications (Prosci, APMG, Agile Change) / Project Management

Previous experience in stakeholder management and engagement

Previous experience in developing end user communities or user forums

Strong communication skills

DESIRABLE

Being data driven

Knowledge of data literacy and / or data maturity frameworks
