You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively.

You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

In this role you will provide a full range of support to a mix of Partners and Directors as well as professional staff, across any of our UK locations, becoming an integral part of the Business Support team.

Initially you will be aligned to the TRA Sector of the London Audit Group.

You will :

  • Provide diary Management, inbox management, travel booking, billing, finances, minute taking and expenses
  • Organise meetings, training and events, both external and internal
  • Support wider team and cover when other PAs are away
  • Act as first point of contact for clients by proving phone coverage by receiving, screening and rooting all incoming telephone calls, correspondence and mail
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • And will bring :

  • Experience as a PA or similar, ideally in a related sector
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant software
  • Tact and discretion
  • Administrative skills
  • Great communication skills
