Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Market Research

  • To source and collate comprehensive market research data at land acquisition stage, and update on a regular basis.
  • Undertake regular visits to competitors Sales and Marketing suites and show homes, and report accordingly..
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Assist with preparation of sales and marketing strategy for forthcoming and existing sites
  • Prepare marketing briefs for creative agencies
  • Coordinate creative agency presentations
  • Instigate, instruct and coordinate the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Liaise and confer with the site sales team the agreed strategy at sales meetings
  • Organise monthly marketing meetings to include project sales managers, digital marketing agents where applicable and PR agency
  • Marketing suite and Show Homes

  • Identify interior designers appropriate for the development and prepare brief
  • Coordinate the implementation of the successful designer to have the Showhome completed by the target date
  • Work with the build team to ensure marketing suite and show homes are completed by target dates
  • Coordinate the design, costing, planning application and implementation of the marketing suite.
  • Ensure the presentation and marketing material in the marketing suite is current and updated as required
  • Liaise with IT to install relevant IT equipment , BT broadband and computer lines
  • Attend evening and weekend launches as required
  • Assist with preparation of PR strategy for each site
  • Proof read / comment on press releases and other PR material - both development specific and initiatives
  • Circulation of press clippings to marketing suites and central filing of clippings
  • Advertising

  • Liaise with media booking agency and selling agents regarding media schedules
  • Liaison with the advertising production house / creative agencies for new adverts and amendments
  • Prepare and implement 6 month advertising schedule
  • Proof read advertising material and amend where necessary
  • Brochures / Site Literature

  • Liaison with our technical and commercial departments regarding supply of information to creative agency for preparation of brochure floor plans, specification etc.
  • Proof read / comment on brochures drafts.
  • Liaison with creative agencies regarding amends, copy deadlines, print, delivery etc.
  • Plan and work closely with the CGI suppliers and technical department to produce a series of flythrough, external and internal CGIs.
  • Liaising with sales teams to ensure timely reprints of literature as required
  • Digital Marketing

  • Plan, prepare and implement series of email campaigns, working closely with the IT team to meet deadlines
  • Plan, prepare and implement organic and paid social media campaigns with media buyers, and continuously monitor results and adjust as required.
  • Identify and recommend ideas for innovations and digital improvement

  • Prepare information and co-ordinate set up of development, phase and plot levels
  • Signage

  • Prepare signage strategy for each development and ensure regular review
  • Liaise with signage contracts, assisting in briefing and overseeing installation
  • Work closely with the Construction team to ensure hoarding and signs are in place as and when required
  • International

  • Check for availability on international events calendar and complete booking details including Objective Reports
  • Ensure all information and marketing material are distributed to all international offices and agents
  • Coordinate the preparation and shipment of models for international exhibition
  • Assist with preparation of international marketing collateral including supplying information for interactive systems.
  • Corporate - General

  • Assist in award entry preparation
  • Photo library upload and check
  • Assisting with the publication of staff newsletters
  • Arranging updates to the group website.
  • Ensure all marketing material follow the Group brand guidelines
  • Reporting / General

  • Collate weekly visitor reports from each development and identify successful media publications / campaigns
  • Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
  • Arrange for purchase orders and approve invoices up to agreed expenditure limite
  • Obtaining competitive quotes for all marketing collateral
  • Person Specification :

  • A minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably within the property field
  • Experience in all aspects of implementing marketing strategies
  • Excellent level of general computer literacy (in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good working knowledge of major web technologies and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to effectively present information and produce reports
  • Thorough, critical and an excellent eye for detail and quality
  • Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5 : 30pm Monday to Friday.
