Management of the Shopper team

Develop the capabilities of the shopper team via the strengths philosophy and tools.

Lead, coach and manage the team to deliver on an ambitious business plan.

Ensure the entire Shopper team works cross functionally with Strategy & Insights, Category Management, Key Accounts, Brand, Sports, Commercial Finance and Operations teams.

Drive Perfect Store

Increase additional placements in store through providing a suite of tools and insights to support the Field Sales and Account Teams.

Develop new shopper-based initiatives using insights, agencies and the internal network.

Provide a monthly report against Key Shopper Performance Indicators.

Create word of mouth with our customers and consumers

Deliver innovative in store activations in key accounts.

Use Red Bull events to host customers and incentivise staff.

Deliver insightful, tailored and compelling presentations in Customer Brand Plans and external conferences.

Drive the Shopper Agenda with our internal stakeholders (International Brand and Trade Marketing, UK Brand and the Sales Team).

Lead Shopper Presentations at events like The Off-Premise Conference and our third party Field Sales Conference.
