    Our creative services department is at the heart of everything we do as much a linchpin of the wider creative department as it is a key point of contact for project management, account services and even finance.

    Our product (the creative work) simply wouldn’t get made if cs weren’t there to keep the wheels turning and ensure everything and everyone is set up for success.

    These are the folks who allocate the right internal talent and source the best external resource. And they play a vital role in the culture of the agency too - facilitating the creative inspiration that makes Momentum such a vibrant place to work.

    Reporting into the associate creative services director, our creative services exec will support them in their mission to make Momentum’s cs department famous for being one of the most efficient, pro-active and invaluable in the business.


  • Resource allocation across the creative department - ensuring the right skillsets are applied to the right jobs, and that optimum efficiency is achieved at all times
  • Liaising with project management and account teams to fully understand current and future resource requirements
  • Seeing to the administration of freelance resource bookings, including system set- ups and timesheet maintenance & inputting
  • Helping out with department creative culture initiatives, including the booking of speakers & venues, invites & diary management and more
  • Supporting the agency’s creative group heads in their day-to-day work with ad- hoc tasks like image buying and travel arrangements

  • IT literate (basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a natural with new software / programmes)
