Main role responsibilities :
Management of all aspects of contracted client deliverables; ensuring flawless quality on time :
Updating and delivering all contracted databases to agreed deadlines
Updating and delivering all contracted reports on time and aligned to databases
Resolving any data issues
Supporting clients with queries
Effectively builds relationships with external clients and internal teams, particularly Solutions & Innovation, Coding and Retail teams to ensure client deliverables and queries are dealt with in a timely effective manner
Manages and updates required status reports, client scorecards and dashboards
Proactively identifies initiatives to improve quality and efficiency by applying the best practice for database and reports set-up
Participates, leads and presents in both internal and external client meetings
Escalates risks and relevant course of action as required to senior management

Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision making skills
Strong presence with the confidence to present, influence and motivate
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex and conflicting client requirements alongside multiple tasks and projects

Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel
Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills and consistently solutions focused

Who are Client Services :
This opportunity sits within the UK Client Service team to manage existing and new clients. The Client Service team sit within our Operations department, who support the wider IRI UK business with the day-to-day customer support of valuable clients.
The Client Service Executive is accountable for achieving high levels of client satisfaction through strong client management skills, flawless planning, proactive communication and the provision of all contracted deliverables on time and to the quality standard as defined in the contract.
This is a cross functional role, working in partnership with the Client Service Manager and wider Client Service team, other departments across the IRI UK business.
