Role Responsibility

  • The day to day operations and supervision of all staff. focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
  • Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring that a first class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility.Reviewing work schedules
  • Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract
  • Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
  • Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor / Line Manager
  • The Ideal Candidate

    The successful candidate for this role will have :

  • Previous experience of leading a team and demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures, in particular in relation to Health & Safety
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well presented
  • Good team player
  • Full driver lincens
  • ID and work permit
  • Proof of address
  • Must read and write english.
  • Good comunication skills (In calls and emails)
  • Good customer services experience.
  • Basic Excel / computer knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge how to download and manages Apps on diferent divices.
  • Experience managing absences and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge about payroll payment.
  • People skills
  • Team player
