Position Purpose :

This is a key support role in a busy site environment where you’ll provide an effective general administrative service in relation to all aspects of site waste operations.

It’s a busy office and a varied brief, which means no two days will be the same.

Key Job Activities :

  • Daily data entry on designated systems.
  • Month end account reconciliation.
  • Update and maintain administrative sections of the database.
  • Enter route onto the database and keep the missed call log up to date
  • Purchase order processing
  • Ensure word processed documents and correspondence are produced in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, including the distribution of information for meetings.
  • General office duties to include but not limited to copying and preparing documents, office supply management and other clerical duties.
  • Co-ordination of site visits / meetings.
  • Ability to develop and populate spreadsheets, collating information as necessary.
  • Additional admin duties as necessary.
  • Experience (EMEAA) :

    Ideally, we’re looking for a genuine all-rounder, with a proven track record of working in a similar admin support capacity within fast paced, commercial office environment, who can demonstrate :

  • Excellent communication / listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high personal level of accuracy in a compliance focused organisation
  • Good knowledge of information technology especially Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Administrative skills, i.e. typing, co-ordination of management reports.
  • Knowledge of billing functions of computer system and accounting principles.
  • Ability to learn company’s computer software program, understand business operation and effects of each function on overall operation.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • A team player, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis.
