Learning and Development Assistant

We are currently looking for Leaning and Development Assistant to join our business.
In this position you will be part of the Leaning and Development team responsible for providing continuous improvement of the user experience for global training content and e-
learning content through effective use of the Learning Management System.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager i t will include working collaboratively with other members of the HR team, heads of departments, hiring managers, all staff and external stakeholders from multiple offices, countries and regions across Tracerco’s global business.

Are you the ideal candidate?
Have experience from working in a similar administrative role in a training or learning & development function.
Have experience of using an LMS systems (Success factors highly desirable)
Have experience of design of E learning content (highly desirable)
Ability to multi-task, maintaining attention to detail and high quality to work output.
Demonstrate methodical approach to organisational tasks and work requirements.
Possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher packages.
Enjoy working as part of a team, possess good interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate personal responsibility, trustworthiness and integrity.
