We are looking for an RMN who is highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user person centred care to work within the Redbridge Memory Service.

This band 5 post is suitable for a Mental Health professional looking to develop their confidence and skills in the assessment and review of people with memory problems and in supporting the delivery of post diagnostic group interventions to patients who have a diagnosis of dementia and to family carers.

The Redbridge Memory Service is a busy and high functioning service which operates Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Redbridge Memory Service is a Multi-disciplinary Team who provides excellent levels of care to Service Users and their Carers in the community.

The successful candidate will have an interest in the needs of older adults and will have responsibility for a defined caseload utilising evidence based practice and client centred principles in assessing, planning and implementation.

He / she will have excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.

We are looking for candidates who are registered health professionals, who have an interest in working with older people, enjoy working in a team and are able to contribute positively to the team’s continuous improvement culture.
