Position Summary

We are growing our team of experts and are looking for a talented Account Executive to work across a huge selection of diverse and game changing clients.

The role is ideal for someone who is eager to get into the world of media and learn everything from the ground up. You won’t be expected to have experience but we do expect you to have a true passion for media and have your own opinions from day one.

The role is within the both the Mattel and Just Eat EMEA team, which currently oversees media activities running in 30+ markets across the globe.

From the UK to Canada the Nordics down to South Africa and even Australia!

Reporting into the Account Manager, the Account Executive will act as a key support in all projects including regional audience analysis, guidelines and media strategies, central activations, reporting, liaison with creative and PR agencies as well as all administrative tasks ensuring consistency in the process & output across all campaigns run from the EMEA team.

Your Account Director will also be committed to making sure we unlock and develop your talent to be the best that you can be in an environment that will make you flourish in a relentless pursuit of better.

We work with regional clients based across the globe, as well as number of local clients around Europe. The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly skilled media strategy, analytics and digital specialists, and be part of an energetic and vibrant team of someone of the most important strategic accounts for the agency.

The candidate will master attention to detail, love creating innovative big ideas, will have a keen interest in the digital landscape, including new and emerging social platforms, and be passionate about learning about comms planning.



  • Participate in briefing meetings with clients and partner agencies;
  • Support the team in the development of regional audience and channel work analysis and insights, as well as regional media strategies;
  • Support the team in sharing regional work with local markets, and ensuring consistency and alignment in-market;
  • Become fluent in the usage of all relevant industry and proprietary agency tools and assist the team as required.
  • Plan and execute ad-hoc campaigns across social, programmatic & display;
  • Liaising with Social and Programmatic teams to ensure all responses are delivered on time and to standard
  • Work closely and collaboratively with partner agencies (creative, PR etc).
  • Liaise with local markets across EMEA
  • Supporting team to deliver reporting to the client.
  • Account Management

  • Support the administrative part of the account including updating status documents and organising meetings;
  • Upload campaign data into agency tools for finance and reporting;
  • Become team go to person for pulling data from industry / agency tools, such as competitive information and audience insight data.
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Be passionate about all things media including an interest in human behaviour and passions, culture and insight as well as strong desire to learn about media channel planning and ecommerce
  • Be analytical and curious. Having a critical eye on information given to you checking that it is clear and consistent
  • Have a fearless attitude, with a workplace ethic that brings constant positive energy, curiosity and inquisitiveness ready with a individual with an radically open, challenging and engaging approach
  • Confident users of Microsoft Excel and adept at PowerPoint and the ability to story tell through presentations
  • Have excellent attention to detail as well as agile organisational and prioritisation skills and dynamically open to adaption across a diverse workload
  • Have far-reaching ambitions always setting the benchmark for what a progressive business looks like
  • Have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have numerical skills
