As Events Sales Office Manager for this beautiful hotel and events venue you will be managing a team of 3 highly skilled sales executives and co-

ordinators. You will be responsible for driving your team, monitoring performance and developing their skills. As the Events Sales Office Manager you will work closely with the Revenue Manager, assisting with monthly forecasts and revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities of the Events Sales Office Manager will include monitoring revenue performance YOY vs the competitor market, setting individual and team targets, completing monthly reports and forecasts, supporting the team with large events, securing repeat business and targeting new business alongside the Business Development Manager.

Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar hotel event sales position. Experience within a 4

  • property or large weddings and corporate events of 500 + delegates would be beneficial.
  • As Events Sales Office Manager you will be well presented, approachable and efficient. You will have a passion for events, customer service and personal development.

    The successful Events Sales Office Manager will be organised, possess strong communication skills and a be dynamic leader with the ability to build rapport with your new team and develop loyal customer relationships.

    Joining this spectacular hotel as the Events Sales Office Manager you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000 along with company benefits such as discounts on accommodation, spa treatments and leisure facilities, pension, healthcare and 28 days holiday per annum that increase with length of service.
