The Software Integration Engineer will be a key element in the ambitious project of delivering a new AUTOSAR Architecture.

Reporting to the Software Architecture Principal Engineer, you will be responsible to configure the basic software, integrate the software components, and to build the software modules, in high-

performance automotive applications, such as Hybrid Powertrain, Transmission, Chassis, and Body control systems.

The work involves cutting-edge EE platform technologies, with a complex scope touching coding, debugging, analysis, optimisation, functional safety, diagnostics, cybersecurity, offering a great opportunity of personal and technical development.

Skills and personal attributes :

  • Software or automotive engineering degree 2 : 1, or above
  • Deep passion for Automotive EE Software Architectures
  • Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR basic software, application and low-level software integration, BSW configuration tools (e.
  • g. Vector DaVinci Configurator, ETAS ISOLAR, EB Tresos etc.), automotive testing tools (e.g. CANoe, CANape etc.), compilers and debuggers

  • Hands-on experience with embedded-C programming on automotive microcontrollers (e.g. ARM, Freescale, Infineon TriCore, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of model-based design
  • Good knowledge of communication protocol e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and UDS
  • Understanding of software development process methodologies and standards and agile methods
  • Naturally technical, able to employ fundamental engineering principles
  • High self-motivation, willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work as a team member and also confidently alone
