Need to know
The successful candidate will be working in the anticoagulation service in which they will be visiting patient's at home using a company car conducting point of care testing of warfarin levels and working within the anticoagulation hub in supporting the service pathway.
They do not require previous experience with warfarin management, but that would be beneficial. They will need a UK driving license and relatively good IT skills using office.

You will be providing healthy lifestyle advice and health services to our patients through great conversations as well as delivering the technical aspects of the supply of medicines.
This is often a fast paced environment in which you will interact with many different people and will be a core member of the pharmacy and healthcare team.
