Applicants need to be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given. A good level of stress tolerance and resilience is helpful, as well as good listening, organisational and problem-
solving skills. The role : . As a telephone agent for our company, you will be on the front line for assisting existing customers for a wide-
range of technical issues. The position will also include sales, providing information about the latest products and services and responding to customer complaints.
This is a permanent, full-time based role, with potential candidates ideally being able to work between the hours of 11.
00am-8.00pm Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends. Salary : . Competitive starting salary of £19,300, rising to £21,000 after a successful probation period.
