The role The Delivery Training Manager collaborates with delivery personnel, customer success, product managers, and the Innovation team on implementation enablement strategy.
Develops and delivers in-depth product and solution training, and provides partner training support to maximize the partner team’s ability to enable new and existing partners.
What You'll Do Collaborate with delivery personnel, customer success, product managers, and the Innovation team to identify delivery training needs based on delivery methodology, forecasts, and results.
develops resources and individual coaching plans, and provides support to services and partner management and delivery personnel Conduct broad-based and product specific delivery training for existing delivery personnel and new hires via in-person, virtual and self-paced delivery Collaborate with services teammates on new approaches and techniques in sales training and adult learning theory Represent delivery enablement on multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives What You'll Need Education Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Skills Ability to identify delivery training needs to develop and deliver both targeted and broad-based delivery training content to existing and new delivery personnel Ability to synthesize and analyze data and provide insights to internal partners regarding gaps and opportunities, and translate to actionable delivery training needs and outcomes Strong communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to build trusted partner relationships with delivery personnel, product managers, partner teams, and the Workiva learning community Strong understanding of partner and customer expectations, particularly in the B2B Fortune 500 market Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Attention to detail and accuracy Experience 2+ years training experience Services training experience in a SaaS environment preferred A background in an accounting, finance or risk environment helpful Experience with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software Travel Up to 50% travel Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office Where You’ll Work Our values drive how we work and who we hire.
