We are currently recruiting for an experience HR Advisor to join an established HR team within a globally diversified healthcare company
Location : Whitney
Duration : 12 months+
Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee related issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability & absence related issues whilst ensuring adherence to related policies.
Participating where appropriate in investigations / hearings
Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment activity for client areas including the selection and design of interview questions / assessment methods, participating in the selection process and candidate feedback.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policy
Drive short / medium / long term organisational change within client areas from a HR perspective
Key player in providing expertise from planning stage through to successful implementation and beyond
Ensure appropriate consultation take place
Deal with employee related matters such as health, benefits, remuneration and employee relation issues, ensuring any relevant documentation is prepared and processed in a timely and effective manner.
Keep fully updated with legal matters, particularly any changes in employment legislation.
Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System at the site in accordance with divisional and corporate requirements and applicable regulations.
Advocate continuous improvement culture and drive towards Centre of Excellence
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and performing other duties as assigned by management
