Based in our St Asaph office, with the opportunity to work remotely; we are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Advice team on a permanent basis
To co-ordinate administration for the overall Advice Team including Advice Quality and T&C supporting the administrative requirements of the team and collate various MI reports to enable the Head of Advice and the wider management team to continue to ensure good customer outcomes.
Provide admin support to ensure files / documents are available, including CRA forms and ID uploaded by advisers, in the required format, for file checking on Phossil to achieve the aim of keeping files checked within service standards.
Monitoring and coordinating the pre and post sale file check lists, on Phossil, to achieve the aim of keeping files checked within service standards.
Provide Head of Advice with reports on File Checking MI on the agreed basis.
Provide admin support services for the overall Sanlam T&C team and Advice Quality teams
Provide admin support services to the T & C Supervisors in SPL
Assist the Head of Advice with any other projects
Manage own workload within agreed timescales.
Attend internal training and maintain own competence and regulatory knowledge
Skills and experience
Good level of education
Have a high degree of computer literacy - to include competence in the following : Microsoft applications - word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, email and the internet and ability to use in-house software package.
Experience of working in Financial Services would be beneficial
