Business Development Manager - Prop Tech

Full time, London

£35-45k with up to 60k OTE; and equity options

We’re looking for a consultative and commercially minded Business Development Manager with fantastic interpersonal skills to join a scaling prop tech start-

up. You’ll map out the market and build a pipeline of clients, sourcing routes of entry and creating engaging outbound materials.

You’ll identify new business leads and turn them into meaningful business relationships, steering them from cold to close.

This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding communicator who’s comfortable in a fast-paced sales-driven environment to build successful relationships, working in a high growth start-up.

Responsibilities

  • Map out businesses to find routes of entry and create engaging outbound materials for companies.
  • Identify and acquire new business leads
  • Manage and deliver an end-to-end consultative sales process; from cold to close.
  • Background and skills

  • You’ve got experience in a B2B sales-driven environment, with a proven track record of successful deals with SMEs and start-ups.
  • You possess an excellent work ethic and you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong empathy skills.
  • You’ve got a consultative and credible approach to building relationships and closing deals; you care about the quality of your relationships and the needs of your clients.
