Part of dnata Group, dnata catering UK specialises in airline catering and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team.
This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about providing an efficient and effective payroll service to both internal (HR, Finance, Colleagues) and external stakeholders (ADP, HMRC) The Role
As Payroll Advisor at dnata catering UK, you will assist in the production of the company’s payroll of around 3,000 employees.
You will provide key stakeholder management for ADP and the pension’s provider, creating effective and influential relationships both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for payroll and pensions data accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring associated systems are correctly populated with accurate and complete employee information.
You will work closely with the Payroll and Pensions Manager to deliver a timely and accurate service, whilst constantly reviewing the control environment and processes to ensure the company is not at risk.
You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including HR and Colleagues across the business and will manage payroll and pension queries in an efficient and supportive manner. The Person
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a payroll department, ideally with a payroll of a similar size.
You will also have strong and up to date payroll and employment tax technical knowledge, DC pensions experience and be CIPP qualified (or qualified by experience).
Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email is an essential requirement to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a positive attitude and a considered approached to problem-solving. Experience using ADP iHCM would be beneficial.
