Our client is an Award-winning, integrated healthcare communications agency that provides communications services for the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology companies, patient advocacy groups and other healthcare providers.
Reporting into the CEO, The Associate Director will take a key leadership role overseeing the launch and management of campaigns across both global and UK accounts for prescription medicines, doctor and patient advocacy development, internal communication campaigns, consumer awareness programmes and digital / social campaigns.
The Associate Director will be responsible for the delivery of integrated communications across the UK and global markets on behalf of a prolific client portfolio to include a wide range of pharmaceutical and life science clients.
The Associate Director will perform an integral role and be involved with all agency operations as a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to new business development, business planning, resourcing and capacity planning and internal work streams.
The Associate Director will offer : -
A minimum of eight years healthcare communications experience, ideally with a strong focus on medical communications
Recent experience of working within an agency environment
Experience of dealing with challenges coming from the change drivers within the both the UK NHS environment and international health systems
Experience of leading teams on both UK and global accounts
