Our ideal Second Chef :

Our Second Chefs play a vital supporting role; inspiring teammates to give it their best in the kitchen. You’ll be someone our people look to for motivation and someone who can step in for the Head Chef when required.

Keeping calm under pressure and being a natural communicator, you’ll help make the kitchen a great place to work as well as a special place to visit for every customer we serve.

What we need from you :

Experience in a similar Sous Chef or Second Chef role, or ready to step up from a Commis Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie position

A passion for producing quality food

A team-player who supports and encourages their teammates

Able to support the running of a kitchen alongside the Head Chef

Able to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
