We have an amazing opportunity to join The Sheffield College as our new Vice Principal for Higher Technical Skills and Academic Studies, incorporating the college’s Sixth Form and Access provision.
The Vice Principal role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wishing to take that next step in their career.
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive and Deputy Principal, you will provide outstanding leadership to this area, ensuring the Faculty delivers high quality education to students in the faculty.
You will also work with cross college colleagues to ensure that linked provision in HE is also of a high standard.
You will therefore have extensive experience of working in Higher Education and a proven track record of improving and / or maintaining high quality of education in a similar curriculum area.
Ideally you will be an experienced leader and manager who can develop curriculum plans that ensure students have a pathway that lead them to successful careers.
You will be experienced at managing a significant budget. And of course you will be able to inspire and support your team to do their best work and have a positive, can do attitude.
