We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team of experienced consultants and administrators in our Central Bristol office.
From this location we specialise in the following sectors : driving / logistics, industrial (warehouse, production operatives) and technical / engineering.
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum basic, DoE
Uncapped competitive commission structure
24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays) PLUS your birthday off!
Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work, for up to 5 years
Support to achieve professional qualifications (REC / IRP)

About the job
No previous experience in recruitment is necessary, as we offer excellent training and mentorship
Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts
Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers
Developing your business in the industrial sector with a focus on quality over quantity
Consulting with clients and candidates to provide solutions to recruitment needs
Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships
Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.
The right candidate
Previous experience in a role such as sales, administration, customer service or recruitment resourcing
Excellent teamworking skills
IT literate
Ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
