This role is working with Weber, specialists in the manufacture of industrial mortar products including renders and decorative finishes, tile fixing products, floor screeds, technical mortars and external wall insulation systems.

What impact will you have in this role?
In this newly created role you will take a strategic approach to improving policy and procedure allowing us to operate efficiently, profitably, and to continue supplying quality services and products to our customers, while continuing to be industry leaders and develop our market share.
Being actively involved in the business and operations for the first 3 6 months, learning the role, key stakeholders, and areas of improvement.
Develop and implement policy and procedure that will help achieve your strategic vision, and work to meet agreed milestones.
Influence and challenge decision makers at all levels to achieve buy-in and support for these changes.
Continue to work with key business areas, reviewing progress and adapting our strategy as needed.

A SAP R / 3 Super User, ideally with experience in MM and PP modules. As this is the main system you will be working with, this is essential.
Tenacious and embraces the opportunity to develop this role, while remaining respectful to a well-established and dedicated team.
A strong understanding of manufacturing and production in the industrial / commercial / construction sector, and the importance of a robust supply chain to support this.
Well organised and comfortable managing multiple business areas, with potentially conflicting needs.
