Vacancy Description :

The General Manager must have :

Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium gastro pub business or quality restaurant background, with a strong working knowledge of delivering excellent service

Must have a strong and customer focused personality with the confidence to play a central hands on role in the operation

Have comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality industry

A good understanding of P & L and administration

Leadership skills

Be able to use their initiative confidently and manage the operation effectively

Clear communication, good organisational skills


Able to work effectively and manage a team of 15 and work on your own initiative, calm under pressure

About you :

Key figure within the operation and overall running of the team & restaurant

Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve workforce stability, productivity and loyalty

Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development and success of the operation

Full involved in the relaunch and face of the business

Market and trend aware
