    The Detail : The Role :

  • Manage a team of up to 6 direct reports, which will consist of a range of experience from PPC Assistant level to PPC Campaign Manager
  • Provide line management, ensure your team feel supported and motivated, overseeing their individual development, providing coaching and training
  • Oversee the quality of all team outputs, ensuring they meet our high Mediacom standards and best practice
  • Act as a point of senior support / escalation and use your extensive knowledge of PPC to educate many different stakeholders
  • Empower your team and negotiate with stakeholders, to ensure we are providing agreed deliverables to deadlines
  • Challenge the team to exceed client result targets
  • Implement processes that enable your team to operate effectively
  • Essentials :

    Key criteria applicants must meet :

  • Previous experience managing a PPC Assistant / Exec or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years paid search account management, with hands on experience managing Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
  • Proven experience delivering performance to client KPI targets
  • Experience managing budgets circa £100k monthly
  • Competent in data analysis and using Excel inc pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups etc
  • Experience managing multiple clients / accounts / stakeholders and the pressures that come with this
  • Our Ideal Candidate :

    Added extras that would be beneficial :

  • Experience using Search Ads 360 and implementing bid strategies
  • Experience managing shopping campaigns inc. feed management
  • Data Studio / automated reporting competencies e.g. web queries
  • Able to demonstrate delegation and prioritisation skills
  • Proven experience to positively influence and negotiate with stakeholders, with experience handling difficult conversations
  • Experience contributing to new business inc. pitch attendance
  • Demonstrates a commercial awareness and shows ability to identify profitability / growth opportunities within the team & for our clients
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills
  • Shows an enthusiasm / passion for PPC
