You will need to have excellent client management skills and be a proactive problem-solver. The firm is looking for strong communicators and the ability to work well independently and in a team.

You will be acting for trustees and beneficiaries, running your own caseload of matters with the support of a well organised team.

A flavour of the work includes : advising on contested trusts and probate matters, researching and drafting advice and developing strong client relationships.

You will also be an active participator in networking events and business development opportunities. Membership of STEP and ACTAPS, or desire to work towards this would be a real benefit for the role
