This role reports to the Systems Administrator and you will be supporting the delivery of the day to day functionality, training and first line support for our team in Gather & Gather for all systems.
You will manage the day to day set up on all systems for new starters, new contracts and access changes as well as maintain the recipe and stock system database.
You will work with Accounts Payable on invoice queries that are system related.

Requirements You will have a systems background, preferably within the Catering or Hospitality industry. You will have previous experience of Trade Simple and Saffron hospitality systems and be computer literate in MS Office.
You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal to engage with a wide range of stakeholders), ability to multi-
task, work well under pressure and be able to use your own initiative.
