Training junior chefs. Catering for up to 200 covers per service. Part of a brigade of 9 chefs The individual must have a passion for local food / produce, you will have worked at Junior Sous level or above in a similar standard of cuisine You will have a clear vision of how the kitchen should run effectively.
Experience in managing a kitchen is imperative. You will be very quick on your feet. Knowledge of British and European cuisine is preferable
