CSG are working on behalf of a world-leading Catering business, which are experiencing significant growth in their Irish operation, and are seeking a talented accountant seeking a Health and Safety Advisor.
Purpose of the role :
Reporting to the Health and Safety Advisor Ireland; your key responsibilities may include but will not be limited to :
Providing support to the Health and Safety Manager Ireland by :
Being the key conduit between HSEQ and Operations in Intel
Ensuring units are complying to the ISO standards - 18001, 14001 and 9001
Assisting existing and new unit managers in implementing the ISO standards mentioned above and our internal management systems (Silver Standard)
Provide HSEQ technical assistance to all Intel Units
Assist with projects as and when required
Run Intel Health and Safety Induction programme
To develop and embed the IIF culture across 24 / 7 operation
Mentor HSE Champions onsite
You Will Have :
Senior qualification in Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, Health and Safety Degree or similar)
At least 2 years two years Health and Safety experience
At least 2 years food safety experience or HACCP certified
Proven track record in changing safety behaviours on site
Computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills - ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with business stakeholders
Ability to coach and mentor
Member of IOSH
Desired but not essential :
Manual Handling Trainer Qualified
Training Skills / Train the trainer certified
