We have a unique opportunity for an Brand management specialist with an internal focus to join the Eurostar Brand Development team.
We are looking for a Brand Manager to assist in developing and refreshing our Brand, to take ownership of key parts of the deployment of assigned channels, be the brand ambassador internally that helps build a brand management function and processes for success across all internal touchpoints.
On top of this you will look to enhance our purpose, values and identity to create an embedded company culture. This is a permanent role and will be based at our Kings Cross office.
We’re looking for someone to
Be the main sounding board and brand ambassador, for owning brand guidance across all internal-facing consumer facing channels, ranging from internal comms to employer branding
Review and manage colleague and contractor journeys and elevate them to be fully-brand compliant and inspiring.
Develop internal brand planning to mirror external development and lead the internal branding function, to ensure brand plans are communicated, understood and adhered to across the business
Help build and manage the employer brand and assist the people team as needed with advice and asset creation
Manage internal asset production and internal branding across offices, stations, depots and other locations as needed, managing agencies and production partners as appropriate
Build an outstanding working relationship with the Internal Studio, internal comms and other functions across the business and in France and Belgium
Co-create and design the brand management process appropriate for Eurostar and own it across all internal comms channels
Input into the brand refresh process, working together with the lead brand agency and internal teams, mainly to create the employer brand side and values / behaviors of the refresh
Manage the Day-to-day processes of our employee engagement partner (acct. management, budget process, invoicing)
French language skills at highly professional level
Understanding of branding and creative processes, the desire to build a customer-centric, coherent brand internally and understanding of the change processes needed to get there over time
Culturally sensitive and strategic to ensure adoption of new values / behaviours in the business, ensuring understanding of the importance of branding across all business areas
Significant experience of managing culture projects that require project planning and management skills
Understanding and experience of internal brand planning processes
Previous experience working with change processes
Knowledge and experience of employer branding comms channels, asset creation, and project management
To be a confident communicator, able to influence and persuade
