Role Summary Working in Seiche Environmental providing daily project support to the Project Manager(s) to deliver environmental projects and to develop a comprehensive client base through conferences, meetings and promotion of Seiche Environmental services;
to support the Project Manager(s)in the supply of quotes and tenders and coordinate projects for the department. Key tasks of the role Principal accountabilities :
Support Project Manager in the production of tender documentations
Coordination of Offshore Consultants
Building key relations with suppliers
Support Project Manager in delivery of offshore projects
Provide consultancy support
Primary point of contact for Offshore Consultants to streamline availability, project queries and organising and tracking movement of personnel
Sourcing of suitable with offshore / onshore consultants to support bids
Build key relationships with offshore consultants to encourage good working relations with Seiche and gain industry information
Securing and coordination of offshore consultants for Seiche Environmental Projects
Organising travel for offshore consultants
Formatting of CVs and other documents for project bids
Completing company information and pre-qualification documentation
Obtaining and maintaining offshore certification for key offshore consultants
Assisting with Project Paper work including admin for offshore consultants, Risk Assessments, Quality Plans and project procedures.
Working with the Project Manager and Offshore Consultant to produce draft and final reports to clients and regulators
Coordination of Offshore Consultant project paperwork incl. invoices, timesheets, expenses etc.
Assist Project Manager in providing project advise, consultation and expert advice to clients. Criteria which will be used in shortlisting and selecting candidates.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholder and clients.
This will include client visits and submission of tenders and the subsequent follow up actions. Skills

Previous consultancy experience

Undergraduate degree in marine science or related subject,
JNCC MMO certification
