As a Commercial Product Manager, you'll be focused on driving commercial engagements at both customer and business level and ensuring that Bottomline delivers the best, most innovative solution to meet the market opportunity, drives new sustainable revenue streams and provide customer loyalty and growth.
What do we look for in a Commercial Product Manager?
First and foremost, we are looking for a particular type of person who thrives in an organisation like Bottomline where change is constant and where we think like owners.
Experience in a scale-up or a constant evolving and growing organisation would be an advantage.
They must be smart, creative, persistent, curious and commercial. They understand the FDA space and they have a background sufficient to understand and relay technology that underpins the solutions.
They believe so strongly in the problem to be solved, and the commercial opportunity to be exploited that they always find a way.
They are the type of person who is constantly questioning and know that there is always a better way whether that’s how a customer’s process works or how we solve an internal problem.
In addition, they will be the product champion throughout the lifecycle of the Product Family and will become an expert in the features, benefits and capacities of the Bottomline FDA portfolio, using inputs from customer, the market, and internal teams by creating and delivering compelling business offerings, supported with clear definition and messaging to drive business sales and financial results.
This role is designed to help position Bottomline for market growth in the changing Payments and FDA landscape and to deliver against compelling events such as the move to cloud, ISO20022, intelligent use of data to name but a few.
