We are looking for someone to leverage our platform and products and to partner with the broader University Recruitment team to help us develop a stronger and more diverse pipeline that represents our global users.

Manage end to end recruitment process for both PhD, university and intern hiring ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy
Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline from top PhD programs in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence
Identify and engage unique and / or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer letters
Foster relationships with key stakeholders at targeted universities
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and / or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
Partner with other university recruiting team members to collaborate on campus recruiting efforts
Partner closely with industry recruiters to ensure smooth candidate transition and consistent candidate experience
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Act as a point of contact to interns throughout their internship including on-boarding, performance evaluation, and conversion process
3+ years of Recruiting experience, University Recruiting experience preferred
Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation as well as externally
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to our technology / industry
Experience with recruiting for technical roles preferred
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Experience with managing nuanced programs
