The Role :
Knight Frank is the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.
Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 400 offices.Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street the HR department is looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer.
Supported by the Recruitment Team and Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for the end to end UK based recruitment process, as well as ad hoc project work.
You will be advising hiring Partners on the recruitment strategy for each role to ensure that Knight Frank can attract the best range of candidates via recruitment events, job boards and social media.
Qualifications and Experience :
The ideal applicant will have experience in working in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service skills with knowledge of candidate attraction and sourcing methods.
Prior experience in agency / in-house recruitment or HR will be considered favourably. You will also be confident working with internal stakeholders at all levels, you will have the ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple tasks on a daily basis.
You will be an enthusiastic, personable and driven individual, who works well in a team and also on their own.
