Contracts Co-ordinator - Nottingham (with nationwide travel)

Due to a promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Co-ordinator to join the team in Nottingham. This role is Nottingham based, but requires nationwide travel.

You will have the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day contract compliance and handling daily business issues, whilst continuously working to maintain and improve processes and procedures within the Grafton Supply Chain Solutions department.

The successful applicant will have a track record of success in overseeing projects from inception to completion, whilst identifying and mitigating risks involved.

You will need to build an understanding of the commercial environment for our business, ultimately becoming the key point of contact for all commercial and compliance queries.

The typical tasks and activities include :

  • Work alongside the Contracts Director to review the overall team performance, and maximise potential
  • Monitoring compliance across all contract areas, through upkeep of compliance and contract trackers
  • Maintain and develop systems, databases, processes, and action logs
  • Full administrative ownership of new account mobilisations
  • Produce and analyse regular financial data sets, relating to key commercial areas
  • Control and Authorisation of invoice payments via our Invoice Management System
  • Provide cover and support to the data and price terms team where required
  • Maintain close working relationship with account directors, account managers, and partnering stores
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the team across all areas
