Our Electrical Project Engineer will be personally responsible for leading the execution of the automation project portfolio in Sheffield manufacturing, integrating the site security automation, process control automation, obsolescence, and equipment automation.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Development and execution of the site automation roadmap.
  • Assess opportunities for cost reduction, liaising with Mondelez cluster stakeholders.
  • Define site equipment and software specifications to ensure reduction of total cost of ownership, providing expertise on design of a machines and systems for long-term high efficiency production, ease of maintenance, and ease of operation.
  • Electrical, Controls & Automation Project Portfolio Management.
  • Act as PMO for the site automation project portfolio. Ensure compliance with I2M / IIM processes.
  • Liaise with finance, engineering, manufacturing, asset reliability, safety and quality stakeholders to drive project sign off, risk management, and design reviews.
  • Manage and lead the execution of equipment and software automation projects.
  • Provide expert advice to other projects where they require electrical, controls, and automation input.
  • Develop guidelines maintenance execution, fault finding protocols, change management and spare parts standardisation.
  • Owning maintaining and auditing compliance with electrical and automation system change control
  • Accountable for licence compliance Servers, system licenses and application licenses.
  • Liaise with cyber security and automation, in the development and support of systems that bridge between on site and the cloud infrastructure.
  • Supporting site electrical distribution network through attainment of and application of HVSAP status.
  • Implement extended support team to 24h operation, act as part of the escalation team.
  • Lead qualification of front line maintenance teams to support automation systems.
