Summary :

We have an opportunity for a hard-working and enthusiastic graduate or someone looking to gain exposure in a sales environment to join our Asset Management team in a Sales Support & Client Service Capacity.

In this important and diverse role you will gain direct access to senior team members within the sales, marketing and investment management teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and will be able to work autonomously; successful prioritising and managing their own workload, whilst also being a good team player, ensuring that they play their role in the success of this tight-

knit and successful team.

What you’ll do :

  • You will provide pre and post-sale support to SEI’s UK advisory client base. Support the AMD sales directors in their sales process and client relationships.
  • You will collate with SEI events team as required, organise and co-ordinate meetings and events for clients and prospects including conferences, pitches, strategic reviews and conferences / road shows.
  • Attend all conferences to facilitate and ensure the smooth running of events.

  • You will work closely with the Sales Directors on a day to day basis which will include attending meetings to strengthen the client base
  • You will attend meetings with and provide day to day support to the Sales Directors as required to strengthen relationships with client base
  • You will enable the team to track the effectiveness of sales activity and performance of the investment solutions through the monthly compilation and provision of fund flow and fund performance data for the team
  • You will source the details of prospective clients and contribute to email and calling campaigns.
  • You will provide consistent and reliable frontline support and query resolution to AMD’s extensive client base. Support clients through the sales process, providing support and information regarding a wide range of topics including fund and technical information, marketing literature and trading queries.
  • Provide operational client support relating to investments held on SEI’s internal platform
  • Maintain and update CRM software updating for new clients and working with development team on system improvements.
  • You will be responsible for the AMD client due diligence process and client gift and entertainment compliance and monitoring.
  • You will proactively liaise with other internal functions and where appropriate contribute solutions to resolve any client service issues / errors
  • Contribute towards the achievement of AMD’s AUM revenue targets, as well as achieving personal targets set, including calling targets.
  • Ensure asset growth from existing and new prospects

    Position Requirements

    What you’ll bring to the table :

  • Degree-level education preferred (or equivalent); already passed or willing to take IMC and / or advisory qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Experience working within financial services beneficial, preferably within asset management in a sales or service function.
  • The ability to pick up in-depth knowledge of SEI products and services / technical financial information and effectively communicate that to relevant clients / audiences.
