We currently have an exciting opportunity for an RFP Manager join our successful, growing RFP team and be a part of the UK's largest mutually owned pension and investment company.

This is a full-time, permanent post, based at our London office.

Role purpose

In this role, you will have a direct responsibility for leading on equity-related opportunities through our Global Equity, UK Equity and Quantitative Equity teams.

  • As RFP Manager, you will produce RFPs / DDQs / RFIs to support the Institutional and Wholesale teams for a variety of audiences including;
  • Investment Consultants, institutional pension schemes, local authorities, charities and insurance companies, wealth managers, multi managers, IFAs and Platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on equity RFPs, including quality review, as well as covering fixed income, multi asset and responsible investment questionnaires.
  • Accurate and timely completion of client proposals and tenders.
  • Contribute to assessment of potential mandates, with input from Sales and Front Office as needed.
  • Build relationships across the business to enhance effectiveness of role and RFP team.
  • Essential Criteria

  • Strong understanding of investment products, in particular equity markets.
  • Experience of in-depth writing / editing for B2B financial services audiences such as new business proposals and pitch documentation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory environment within an asset management firm
  • Proven knowledge of Institutional and Wholesale client segments internationally
  • Previous experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent Word / Excel skills
  • Desirable Criteria

  • Achievement of Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
  • Experience of Qvidian would be helpful but is not essential.
